After studying engineering and biology and pursuing different careers, Laura Lundquist worked for five years as an award-winning newspaper reporter specializing in environmental and outdoor coverage in Montana and Idaho.
Now on her own, she covers land, water and wildlife related issues of Montana as the state faces issues of a growing population, economic disparity, and a slowly declining interest in traditional lifestyles.
